We have been actively involved with the Pennsylvania Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund since the inception of the Fund in 1994. We have educated clients about the Fund, assisted with preparing initial insurance claims, and guided claimants through the claim review and approval process. We have extensive experience dealing directly with the Fund managers and their contractors to resolve claim issues.
