REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Letterle provides expert knowledge of environmental regulations, procedures, and permitting to clients so they can make the best possible decisions for their organization.

Our technical staff has a working knowledge of current environmental regulations and are in daily contact with regulatory officials working through issues on behalf of our clients.

Our project managers are experts in dealing with the complicated procedures related to state insurance funds. We have been actively involved with the Pennsylvania Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund since the inception of the Fund in 1994. We have educated clients about the Fund, assisted with preparing initial insurance claims, and guided claimants through the claim review and approval process. We have extensive experience dealing directly with the Fund managers and their contractors to resolve claim issues.
